Whenever my sisters are in town, Starbucks is our home away from home- a usual stopping place to read, blog, chat, catch up on our Hanging with Friends Games or just grab a drink before errands.
Which reminds me, you guys would be so proud- I’m drinking less coffee! We’ve started making tiny espresso’s in the morning (ya know, the european sophisticated kind, that make you feel like you’re drinking out of a five year old’s tea set) and usually have a tea or iced coffee late afternoon. I think I was just getting a tea here (cough, cough).

It wasn’t the chilliest day and I was tired of wearing a coat everywhere so I layered a fur vest over a leather jacket. This vest is a little more extreme than some of my other fur vests so it’s fun to work with- longer and more savage looking. Plus, when I got it everyone else hated it, which of course made me like it all the more.

Amazing outfit–looks edgy and has an “i don’t care what you think” attitude, but still feminine and pretty! I LOVE STARBUCKS!
Well let’s just say I’ll use this post as my defense when jeremy says “kaila, where is your coat” and I respond, “well carol wears her fur vest as a coat I thought my fur scarf counted too!”
